The hotel opened in 2023, GHS was assigned for OS&E procurement consultancy by the owning company.

GHS was assigned by the hotel owner for OS&E Procurement consultancy for millennium Jeddah. The hotel consists of 255 Units and various facilities such as a pool, gym and a spa, The hotel also contains an all-day dining area, several lounges, a pool bar and specialty restaurants. Located in a strategic area, millennium is less than 1 kilometer from Jeddah’s waterfront and 3 kilometers from the famous flagpole.
GHS is working side by side with the owner keeping in mind their preferences and the operator’s guidelines.

GHS was assigned by the hotel owner for OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) Procurement consultancy, keeping in mind operator’s preferred brands & quality.
The hotel is set to open before the end of 2023 & is expected to be one of Makkah’s most luxurious hotels.

Conceptualization and Planning

Schematics and Drawings
Approved schematic drawings, selected FF&E materials, and timelines are refined and presented for client approval.
Drawings and Deliverables
Detailed drawings and schedules for complete FF&E installation and specifications are completed. This includes furniture, lighting, power, kitchens, bathrooms, and all elevations.
Renderings, Revisions, and Official Tender Documents
