Conceptualization and Planning
A luxury hotel FF&E partnership in Saudi Arabia starts with a conversation. Our design team will discuss a project’s concept with the client’s stakeholders. We will collaborate closely with architects to ensure a client’s brand identity extends to every aspect of a hotel’s creation.
Schematics and Drawings
Approved schematic drawings, selected FF&E materials, and timelines are refined and presented for client approval.
Drawings and Deliverables
Detailed drawings and schedules for complete FF&E installation and specifications are completed. This includes furniture, lighting, power, kitchens, bathrooms, and all elevations.
Renderings, Revisions, and Official Tender Documents
Once the design is approved and revised, life-like renderings are created to include any revisions from the previous drawings. This constitutes the formal tender documentation package.
