Schematics and Drawings

Approved schematic drawings, selected FF&E materials, and timelines are refined and presented for client approval.

Drawings and Deliverables

Detailed drawings and schedules for complete FF&E installation and specifications are completed. This includes furniture, lighting, power, kitchens, bathrooms, and all elevations.

Renderings, Revisions, and Official Tender Documents

Once the design is approved and revised, life-like renderings are created to include any revisions from the previous drawings. This constitutes the formal tender documentation package.
